Mike Kinsey is a Devon-based photographer and writer who first collaborated with Wingless Films on the 2011 Dartmoor-set short, Spirit of the Frontier. He owns and operates the Snapstar website, offering his photography expertise for events, PR and media functions and other, specialist photography. He also runs the Oratory guest house in Princetown, Dartmoor, which was used as a shooting location for the 2012 film, Petriarch.
He first contacted Wingless Films after their use of Dartmoor locations in Wingless, and took production photos during filming on Spirit of the Frontier. "Mike Kinsey's On Set" photographs appear on Wingless Films' Facebook page. He later helped arrange the filming of All Angels and Sanctuary at the Church of St. Michael & All Angels in Princetown, and appeared on-camera in All Angels to present some of the history of the church during coverage of its midsummer tea party. He made his first on-screen appearance in an acting role as the father in Petriarch, in scenes filmed at his guest house. He has also helped promote Wingless Films projects on Twitter.
