About the film
Harrow (Boyd Rogers).
"Dinner Date" is the second episode of The Lite Blues series, and is the thirty-third short production by Wingless Films. Directed and shot by Jim Elton, with a script and original music by Tom Menary, "Dinner Date" was filmed in Torquay with the assistance of John Tomkins.
The script for "Dinner Date" was finalized on 5th July, 2012, and footage for the episode was shot in Torquay on the 8th. A rough cut of the film was completed by 17th July, although the final release was postponed until 15th December -- Wingless Films' second-year anniversary. The credits sequence again featured graphics created by co-star David Burbury, and was scored with a variation of the Title Theme composed by Tom Menary.
